Any internet user sending an order for any goods offered at PMIlona e-shop.

 

Privacy policy

To order anything from PMIlona e-shop it is necessary to fill some personal data in - your first name and surname, your postal address and your e-mail address. The client can request in written form his data and the record of his orders to be erased from our database and the seller is obliged to erase the immediatelly.

The seller does not keep any record of client payment cards and all such data are erased after the card and payment are confirmed.

Trade Mark policy

All company and product names etc. are trademarks and the property of their respective owners.

Liability disclaimer

The seller is not liable for any damage, injury or any other harm caused to the client by the use of the items supplied by the seller.

If any part of these terms and conditions is not valid or is void, the validity of all other their parts is not impaired.

Retail sale contract

The data displayed at PMIlona e-shop are the purchase offer only and cannot be understood as on contractual offer.

The will to enter the contract stage is confirmed by the seller by sending the e-mail message accepting the order.

This message is sent to the e-mail address provided by the client himself, who is responsible for the correct e-mail address and the proper functionallity of the e-mail.

The contactual phase beginns at the moment which this acceptance message is delivered at the mailbox address provided by the client in.

The client is fully responsible for any problem originating from providing of incorrect e-mail address and/or improper functionallity of this e-mail address.

 

Prices

The prices shown are valid for delivery from Brno, Czech Republic, and after the latest update featured at the Shop info and Contacts section. They can be changed without any previous notice.

The prices exclude any possible fees or taxes eventually charged by the local authorities at the country the client lives in. (This does not apply to EU clients).

The prices featured exclude shipping costs which will be charged at the real cost according to the weight of the parcel.

Every product sent to a client remains a legal seller property until both the price of the goods sent and the shipping costs is fully paid by the client.

 

Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped via Czech Post service - economy mail, priority mail and/or EMS (Express Mail Service).

If the order is too big and makes the shipment in one parcel impossible it will be split to more parcels. Each parcel will be charged separatelly and the client will be informed about it by the e-mail message.

The seller is not liable for any damage suffered by the goods shipped during the transport.

Any complaint - delayed delivery, any damage suffered during the transport etc. - must be immediatelly passed to the delivering company and to the seller.

 

Closing clause

The "Privacy policy" and "Imperfect products claims" clauses terms defined in separate clauses form an integral part of these Trade terms and conditions.
